Did you know people say "I'm done my exams" instead of "I'm done with my exams." Similarly, people say "I'm done my paper." Since when was "with" negligible?!?! I am not the first one to be perplexed by this tween phenomena. Okay, it may not be limited to the tween population...in fact, I learned about this phrasing from Neha who heard it spoken by two college peers. The point is, it's bizarre. Thoughts?
