i made this and it was delicious. the taste is tangy, sour and fresh. it's pretty quick, as soba noodles take about 5 min to cook. the only part that takes awhile is all the chopping, but that goes for most dishes. also, this is a pretty healthy dish. the papaya is especially great for women. the peanuts were fun to chop and sprinkle atop. here's the recipe via martha stewart, if you'd like to try. photos attached are first, martha's version and then two of mine.
at first, i was apprehensive because it's an "asian" dish presented by martha stewart, a non-asian woman, but it tuns out martha is reliable even when it comes to ethnic foods. i adore her.
