Ten years since the Iraq War was declared, the repercussions persist. As Americans, it's something we've been protected from, and don't really want to explore, but we should.

I sat down and talked to Inder Comar, an SF-based attorney and creator of Witness Iraq, who is defending Iraqi refugees in a lawsuit (Saleh v. Bush) against the Bush Administration. 

By bringing into question its legality, Saleh v. Bush gives the American government and people an opportunity to take a closer look at the consequences of waging war against a nation, unprovoked.
